If you have’t noticed, you don’t see a lot of 3 bedroom cabin rentals and that’s normally because a small family of 4 including mom, dad and a couple of kids can stay in a 2 bedroom cabin rental. And a family much larger will probably want a 4 bedroom cabin rental so everyone can have their own room.
