Holiday season rates are $175 per night, or $1225 per week, with a seven night minimum during Thanksgiving and a four night minimum from Christmas through New Years. You’ll also have a $59 reservation fee as a part of your rate, and 12.50% sales tax will be included in your final bill.
You can reserve this cabin up to 11 months in advance, allowing you to get the exact dates that you want. The cabin sits three stories high, and includes panoramic views where you can see Tennessee, Kentucky, and the Great Smoky Mountains. It is located just minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge, and a short drive from Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, giving you plenty of options to choose from when it comes to sights and attractions to see.
The Top of the World Cabin lives up to its name from the second you walk through the door. Top of the World offers a variety of rates, starting at $250 per night for midseason, low season, and season weekends, with high season and summer rates going up to $275 per night, and holiday and 3 day holiday rates topping out at $350 per night. Although this might seem a little steep, the palatial nature and panoramic views of Top Of The World cabin are well worth the cost.
