There are a millions things to do in Gatlinburg Tennessee. That’s why it is known as the vacation capital of the Southeastern United States. Of course one of the most popular attractions around Gatlinburg is The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. More than 10 million people come to visit the more the over 500,000 acres of this incredible wilderness every year and enjoy camping, hiking, whitewater rafting and sightseeing in this beautiful place. Ripley’s Aquarium Of The Smokies – A 1.4 million gallon aquarium featuring killer sharks and over 10,000 creatures from the ocean.

The Salt And Pepper Shaker Museum – The only museum of its kind featuring 17,000 salt and pepper shakers from all over the world. I used to work with a lady that could give this place a run for its money.

Smoky Mountain Winery – Daily tastings of local and international wines. Also offers free tours.

Gatlinburg Space Needle – It’s the most prominent feature in the Gatlinburg skyline. Observe downtown Gatlinburg from 342 feet in the air. They could use some work on their cheesy web site.
